The 75th Anniversary of the Beta-Rho Chapter of
Tau Kappa Epsilon at the University of Akron
October 6th - 8th, 2023
The chapter and alumni volunteers are working out the final details for our 75th anniversary weekend. It all starts with the Friday, October 6th evening event at the Portage Country Club. TEKE's from all eras will gather at the Portage Country Club from 6-9pm.
Join our 75th Anniversary Chairman Stephan Kremer and the rest of the 75th Anniversary Committee as they reunite with fellow fraters and host presentations from TKE International as well as our own Alumni Association.
The TKE Grand Prytanis, Ryan Vescio, and TKE CEO Donnie Aldrich as well as several University of Akron Officials look forward to meeting our alumni.
Hors d’oeuvres and complimentary beer and wine as well as a cash bar will be available.

$100/per person or $175 per couple
Saturday, October 7th will bring the UA Homecoming game with
the Zips taking on Northern Illinois Huskies at 3:30 pm. Complimentary tickets to the game will be available to the first 100 people who contact our Chapter President Dan LaGuardia (djl138@uakron.edu).
Festivities will start at Noon until 3pm and will include house tours, billiards, corn hole, food and beverages starting. Join your fellow alumni, meet the current undergraduates and cheer on the Zips for Homecoming. We will walk over to the stadium at 3pm for the game.
The bell will be at the stadium as well. Chapter Epiprytanis-External, Mike Green, will be coordinating access to the playing field to ring the bell throughout the game.
